I bridged psychology, design and technology to turn requirements into user-friendly, clinically effective digital therapy apps that enable meaningful behavioral change.

I developed design processes and integrated usability engineering into medical product development to identify and mitigate use-related risks, validating the intuitiveness and safety of DTx that meet CE certification standards.

I designed and developed a minimalistic 2-minute mindfulness calendar app and navigated performance marketing challenges that taught me valuable lessons about user acquisition and engagement.

I designed and introduced a relative KPI feedback system influenced by stakeholder KPIs to track long-term trends and support talent development, powered trust and a quick, monthly 3-minute survey.

While I’m a designer at heart, my passion lies in directing the creative process. I connect strategy, design, and business sense to hold the vision and direct the execution of purposeful digital products and experiences.

As a kid, if I really wanted something I didn’t have, I made it myself. Which might have lead to a badly hand sewn Pikachu made of yellow kitchen towel. That initial drive to create evolved. I discovered that we create the most amazing things when collaborating. Today, I lead collective creation to deliver real impact on both business results and people's lives.
